Juniors and Sophomores – this is your chance to be printed in the Kenyon Review, a highly acclaimed literary journal. The submission window is from November 1 to 30, and there is no cost to submit. To send in your poem (only one poem per submitter), click on the link above.
The MIAA Student Sportsmanship Essay (DUE OCTOBER 17)

|The MIAA Sportsmanship Committee invites students in grades 9-12 to submit entries for the 14th Annual MIAA Student Sportsmanship Essay/Multimedia Contest. The theme of this year’s contest is:
“Social Media and Sportsmanship,
Your help in eliciting participation from students by distributing the contest flyer (click here for flyer) to appropriate faculty members (i.e. Coaches, Physical Education/Health, English, Media and Guidance Departments) is greatly appreciated.
First Place ($400) and Runner-Up ($200) prizes will be present in each category (Literary and Multimedia). Contest award recipients will be honored during the 21st Annual MIAA Sportsmanship Summit on Friday, November 21stat Gillette Stadium. In addition, a compilation of finalist and honorable mention entries will be published in Volume XIV of “Sportsmanship: A Game Plan for Life.”
